Salary: Up to £43k DOE + 30% OTE uncapped

Our client is a market-leading international exhibition business that has grown exponentially in recent years. One of the UK’s oldest events organisers, they boast an eye watering portfolio of exhibitions across multiple verticals. The client is looking for a Senior Commercial Executive ready for a step up or a seasoned Commercial Manager to sell exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities. You will develop and nurture relationships with key clients. You will attend industry events becoming a trusted authority in the space. You will have managerial responsibilities developing a Commercial Executive with a view to building a sales team underneath you. This role will also involve cross functional collaboration with teams across the organization

The role will include:

  • Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Attending industry events
  • Becoming an authority in the industry
  • Managing a commercial executive with weekly reporting
  • Working closely with Event Manager on floor plan

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 3-4 years of exhibition sales experience
  • 1 year of direct line management/onboarding experience
  • Amazing phone manner
  • Passion to succeed
  • Flare for sales
