Job Overview:

My client is seeking an ambitious, accountable and technically minded Sales Specialist to be part of their growth efforts in the UK & Ireland. This pivotal role will leverage the clients partnership with ServiceNow and focus on generating significant, big-ticket deals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring that solutions align with client needs over technological complexity, and have a proven track record of successful high-value deal closures in the IT and technology sector.

We are seeking one candidate to be based out of their London office and the other to be based out of Dublin. This will be a hybrid role.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Drive and Customer Focus: Leverage a strong network of contacts to engage senior decision-makers, influencing key stakeholders while focusing on achieving outstanding customer outcomes.

Action-Oriented Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with my clients ambitious growth goals in the UK&I market, moving at pace and prioritising impactful action over perfection.

Relationship and Trust Building: Establish and nurture high-level relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on long-term partnership opportunities and large-scale projects. Actively manage these relationships to build trust and mutual respect.

Solution Strategy: Collaborate with partners like ServiceNow to craft simple yet effective solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges.

Market Awareness and Innovation: Constantly seek to understand market trends and client needs to drive the development of new offerings, positioning my client at the forefront of the technology services industry.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to deal closing and post-sale follow-up, ensuring every step is executed with focus and methodical precision.

Effective Communication: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of my clients solutions, ensuring they are straightforward and compelling.

Requirements:

Prior proven success in business development or sales within the ServiceNow eco-system, specifically handling large-scale deals. Alternatively, we will look at candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales for this role.

Established network of contacts and a proven ability to leverage relationships for business growth would be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, with the ability to match their capabilities to client needs. Alternatively, we will look at candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales.

Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
