An innovative brand design agency, who specialise across FMCG and Packaging are looking for a Strategy Director to lead their growing Strategy Team.

What's the role?

Working as the strategic lead across all projects, key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying clients needs, developing insights and propositions
  • Lead the strategy team, working closely with the SLT
  • Develop brand positioning, brand architecture, brand identity and packaging / activation
  • Produce high quality thought leadership content

Who is their ideal candidate?

Their ideal candidate will be ready for that next step up, or already a Director looking for more room to develop.

You will ideally have experience working with FMCG brands and be able to work with autonomy as well as part of a bigger team.
