Main duties:To develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients and increase revenue across European destinations.

The Role:- To research and develop innovative products in both new and existing destinations - To ensure existing products are kept up to date and in line with market trends- To follow up on enquiries and create new opportunities with new clients- To negotiate suppliers’ contracts and terms of business to ensure product profitability- To create bespoke travel packages and itineraries and provide competitive quotations- To follow up for feedback from clients and adjust product accordingly to ensure quality- To manage operations for designated accounts and complete necessary administration- To provide on tour support

The Candidate: - Experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) - Essential- Fluency in a second European language would be beneficial- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- IT literate

The Salary: up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience
