Hospitality Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Sales Consultant to join this expanding business. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for the hospitality sector, aiming to excel in sales and customer relations. You will be responsible for targeting and securing new linen rental contracts within the hospitality industry, ensuring the growth and success of our services.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Target and win new linen rental contracts within the hospitality sector.
  • Take full accountability for sales activities in the assigned territory, focusing on bed, table, and hotel, spa linen.
  • Deliver effective and compelling sales calls and presentations to drive sales.
  • Demonstrate or present products and services to General Managers, Buyers, and Housekeeping staff.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop business plans to optimise new business sales.
  • Work closely with a wider matrix of stakeholders and support teams (Commercial Director, Regional Director, National Sales, Key Account Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Account Managers) to support account wins.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of commercial awareness, achieving sales targets, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to organise tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills, including the use of CRM systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to win new business independently.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse, understand, and drive sales performance metrics.
