Business development & Admin Assistant

Concept claim solutions is an FCA regulated loss assessors and is the UKs leading insurance claim management provider. With over 23 years of experience, we handle the entire claim cycle of property claim and repair from dealing with insurance companies to completing the repair work Stress Free for Policyholders. We have the expertise, systems, processes, and highly experienced team to present and negotiate building claims with insurance companies, aiming to secure the best possible settlement. Concept Claims Solutions London is a new franchise owned and operated by London BCS.

The position will work closely with Concept Claims Solutions London new Managing Director. Initial training will be provided and huge potential for development for the right individual. 3/4 days a week (office and/or from home) and high potential to develop into full time very soon.

  • Business development: identity and contact local potential business partners such as leak detection companies, emergency plumbers, specialist building surveyors, brokers, roofers, estate offices, estate agent, local business development groups, and other potential lead generation partners to develop business partnerships
  • Admin including regularly update the company system, submit claim to insurance companies, review insurance policy, collect and review document from policy holders, customer relations, Deal with insurance companies, Draft schedule of work
  • Help with dealing and negotiating with insurance companies, projects management, digital marketing, and social media
  • With experience, potential to progress to perform property surveys, customer relations, property repair project management and other key responsibilities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the business

Skills:

  • Excellent business development and networking skills
  • Experience in building works, insurance related business, property, projects managements and/or any property related activities is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong communication, organizational and customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge about social media and digital marketing
  • Flexible and adaptable. A passion for learning and a desire to excel
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
