THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic technology company who transform businesses with software solutions. The client is looking for a BDR to join the business.

As a BDR you will play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with prospects, qualify leads and book meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS sales or a similar.

THE ROLE:

  • Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to potential customers.
  • Engage with leads to qualify their needs and pain points.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, track progress on leads, and ensure follow-ups to drive opportunities to the next stage in the sales process.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results to leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.

THE PERSON:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, SDR, BDR, Sales Executive or similar role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with prospects.
  • A consultative sales approach is important.
  • Have a knack for building relationships.
