Prestigious Luxury travel company looking for a Commercial Executive/Manager

My client is seeking a ambitious and forward-thinking Commercial Executive to join their dynamic commercial team to help achieve their goals. They are a global aviation charter company offering unparalleled round-the-clock service, to valued clients all around the world!
You will serve as the main point of contact for our Sales Team, fulfilling client flight requests by sourcing aircraft and assisting with queries on various aspects of the client journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Source aircraft and build relationships with operators
  • Proactively communicate with Sales Team on operational restrictions (e.g., weather restrictions, slots, AOG's and permit issues) and seek and offer suitable alternative options.
  • Maintain timely, factual, and accurate communication with Sales Team on all aspects of their flight to ensure that client expectations are always fully aligned with reality.
  • Provide seamless customer service to develop rapport with Sales and Operation team members

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year's experience in the aviation industry in a similar role either with an operator or as a charter broker
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel & Zoho in particular)
  • You're proactive, service-driven, a keen team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • You're able to maintain accuracy, strong attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure
  • Training in our systems, processes, and industry will be provided to the successful applicant.
