About the Role:Based at a landmark new development in Westminster, this role focuses on managing relationships with buyers, ensuring their experience is tailored and of the highest standard. Your expertise will guide purchasers through the process, creating a positive and lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress sales from exchange to completion, liaising with buyers, solicitors, and stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with purchasers, delivering a bespoke service.
- Manage CRM systems to track interactions and milestones, ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide updates on build stages through newsletters and personalised communication.
- Organise and attend buyer-focused events, offering a premium experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries, ensuring resolutions meet buyer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting buyers from exchange to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service to HNWI, with a focus on personalisation and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship management, organisation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu) and travel to other sites or HQ as needed.
