- Assist customers with account enquiries, transactions, and banking products
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome
- Process payments, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all banking laws and security protocols
- Support customers with online and mobile banking services
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch and individual targets
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in using banking software and technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent qualification required
