The Company:Our client is a well established international company specialised in Interior Design.
Main duties:To be responsible for International client experience and help nurture a strong relationship with customers, contributing to the increase of sales in the given market
The Role:- Deal with clients' enquiries (orders, invoice, products, prices)- Keep an accurate record of product information & pricing - Provide an excellent level of customer service at all time- Collaborate with internal department to improve account management strategies- Engage with clients to discuss sales offerings- Introduce customers to the showroom
The Candidate:- Fluency in Dutch essential (both written and spoken) - Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration or Sales Support desirable- B2B Customer Service experience would be a bonus- High level of commercial awareness- Dynamic personality and team player
The salary: up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience
