We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in London, selling our innovative HR and Safety solutions.

Role Overview:As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong relationships, and closing deals with companies across various industries. You'll use your expert sales skills to demonstrate the value of our tailored HR and Safety services, helping businesses optimise their operations and ensure compliance. This is a field-based role, giving you the freedom to manage your own schedule and build connections face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:* Proactively generate new leads and develop a strong sales pipeline within London and surrounding areas* Conduct in-person meetings to present and sell HR and Safety solutions to prospective clients* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively communicate our solution's value

Ideal Candidate:* Extensive B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment* HR and Safety Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR and Safety solutions is preferred but not required* Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive with the ability to close deals and build rapport* Self-Motivated and Driven: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven role* Full UK Driving License: Essential for field-based travel in and around London
