We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced salesperson with a background in spray foam removal, insulation products like SuperFOIL, or related home improvement services. You should have a genuine passion for customer satisfaction, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude. The ideal candidate will be ready to start converting leads from day one.
Key Qualities:
- Proven Experience: You must have prior experience in sales for home improvement services, particularly spray foam removal or insulation-related work such as SuperFOIL. We are looking for someone who has consistently met or exceeded sales targets and understands the intricacies of the industry, including market conditions and customer needs.
- Hungry for Success: We want someone who is driven to achieve. If you’re someone who not only meets targets but also surpasses them, you’re the right fit for us.
- Sales Talent: Exceptional sales skills are essential, including the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers and close deals with confidence. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are a must.
- Self-Starter: As this is a self-employed position, you must be comfortable managing your own schedule, setting goals, and taking responsibility for your success. We need someone who is proactive, ambitious, and capable of working independently without the need for constant oversight.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting self-employed role where you’ll have the freedom to manage your own time, receive pre-qualified appointments, and enjoy the flexibility to build your business on your own terms. You will be receiving an average of 2-4 pre-qualified appointments daily in your region, if not more.
The areas you’ll cover to begin with are PL, EX, TR, TQ, TA, DT. —but we can expand these if you want more appointments and work in a larger radius. The ideal home base will be Norwich and the surrounding area.
You'll have access to high-quality leads and appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling and closing deals.
Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in selling spray foam removal, SuperFOIL insulation, or other relevant home improvement services.
- Proven track record of converting leads into sales and achieving high conversion rates.
- Ability to explain the spray foam removal process and SuperFOIL insulation benefits in a simple and compelling way.
- Experience in consultative selling—working with customers to identify their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the spray foam removal and insulation industry, including techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
