We are seeking a motivated Sales Person to represent a Made-in-England luxury manufacturer, specialising in high-end architectural hardware. This role is focused on building relationships with architects, interior designers, and key industry decision-makers, ensuring our brand is front of mind for prestigious residential, hospitality, and superyacht projects.

The Role
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for expanding brand presence, nurturing relationships, and securing high-value specifications within the interior design and architectural community. Based remotely with a London and South East focus, you will be out in the field meeting clients, attending industry events, and using our showroom at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour as a base for presentations and client meetings.
Full product and sales training will be provided to ensure you develop the technical expertise and brand knowledge to confidently engage with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and managing your own calendar and securing meetings is key to this role
- Building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to secure brand specifications on luxury projects.
- Developing new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers, and nurturing high-value clients.
- Presenting and demonstrating products in-person at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Promoting the brands heritage, craftsmanship, and ethical values, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Planning and executing targeted field sales trips to engage with prospective and existing customers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, offering expert knowledge on products and their applications.
- Collaborating with internal teams, ensuring smooth handovers from specification to order.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and design exhibitions, representing the brand at the highest level.
Who Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales or brand ambassador role within luxury interiors, architectural hardware, or high-end furnishings.
- Established network within the architectural and design community.
- Confident in face-to-face sales, networking, and delivering high-impact presentations.
- A self-motivated professional, comfortable working remotely and managing their own schedule.
- Strong commercial awareness with a consultative, solutions-led sales approach.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Passionate about British craftsmanship, design, and luxury branding.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and passport.
