Were supporting them as they recruit several Field Sales Representatives across many UK-wide territories, and the next available induction date for new starters is March 2025. This is a fully remote field role, and our client is looking for focused, self-confident, target-driven, and self-motivated people who will be responsible for managing their own diaries. With uncapped commission available, this role offers huge earning potential for successful candidates.

To be considered for this Field Sales Representative role, you must have a full driving license, previous field sales experience and flexibility to travel across the Birmingham location.

The role field sales representative role offers a basic salary of £35,000 + £4,200 car allowance and comes with an uncapped OTE of £100,000.

The role

Conduct face-to-face interactions directly with business owners.

Gain a detailed understanding of their requirements, allowing you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs.

Targeting SME's and developing your network.

Prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling and referrals

Negotiating and closing business sales

The Skills

Have proven evidence success in a field-based sales role.

Can generating new business with customers / business owners.

Can demonstrate resilience in overcoming objections and close a sale

Be results orientated, maximising sales opportunities through referrals, cold calling and building relationships.

Have a full UK Driving Licence
