Description

  • Act as the lead contact and business coach for assigned salons.
  • Develop and maintain productive, influential relationships with key stakeholders/ franchisees to improve business results.
  • Assist franchisees in developing structured business growth plans and objectives.
  • Analyse data and conduct in-person observations to identify root cause issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and address any issues that may pose risks to the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support franchisee success.
  • Provide guidance on financial planning, including budgeting and return on investment analysis.
  • Travel to franchise locations as needed to provide on-site support and coaching.

Profile

A successful 'Franchise Business Partner' should have:

  • Experience working with franchisees or in a franchised business model within Retail.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and beauty salon, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Exceptional skills in business planning, strategy development, and financial management.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with franchise partners effectively.
  • A solid background in promoting brand value and driving sales performance.
  • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
