Our client is a specialist global skincare brand present in over 50 countries, currently experiencing rapid growth within the UK market. With exciting growth plans for 2025, they're looking for a SNAM / Channel Lead to drive growth across high street retail and grocery.
Description
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability within your accounts
- Hold full P&L responsibility for your channel
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to the business on sales performance
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance professional skills
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience working with Boots at national level essential
- Proven sales experience in the personal care required
- Self-starter, hunter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- A customer-centric approach to sales
- Proficiency in sales management software
- Be able to commute to Central London twice a week
