They are now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their busy team based in NW London.
In this role, you will engage with inbound enquiries, follow a consultative sales process, and convert leads into sales by delivering tailored solutions to customers.
Experience within the Removals industry is highly beneficial, but strong sales experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Use consultative questioning to understand customer needs and build compelling sales propositions.
- Clearly communicate service offerings and set accurate expectations.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through active listening and trust-building.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, obtaining rates from agents and suppliers.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and follow up on quotes.
- Overcome objections using proven sales techniques to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Confidently ask for the business once the sales process is complete.
- Liaise with customers regarding operational matters, ensuring a seamless handover to the Move Coordinator.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Assist customers with any service-related issues, using problem-solving skills to find solutions.
- Keep management informed of any issues that may impact company performance.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong sales focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to ask the right questions and actively listen to customer needs.
- Understanding of logistics processes (preferred but not essential).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations.
- Ability to manage multiple job files and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in sales, with proven ability to close deals.
- Negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Good geographical knowledge.
