As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company’s commitment to luxury and excellence in interior products. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging with clients and guiding them through the world of luxury interior options.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and customers, by understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle to provide tailored interior solutions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the luxury product range to effectively advise clients.

Consultative Sales: Use your expertise to guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries and consultations to product selection and purchase.

Design Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to ensure that clients' visions are seamlessly integrated into the design process.

Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a premium level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Market Trends: Stay updated on interior trends, luxury market developments, and competitors to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
