SALES CONSULTANT / SENIOR SALES CONSULANTWillesden Green, NW2Salary: £22,500 - £30,000 Basic £60-70K OTE An exciting opportunity for a pro-active and energetic SALES CONSULTANT / SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT, to join a successful team of estate agents in newly renovated offices in the NW2 area.    A great opportunity for a SALES CONSULTANT / SENIOR SALES CONSULANT with one to three years experience in estate agency, looking to be part of an exciting brand with a winning team and enormous potential for development and future growth. Working in newly renovated offices, you will be surrounded by a supportive team that collaborates seamlessly to achieve company's goals and maintain the brand's reputation. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, creating and conducting valuation appointments, securing new listings, selling all available properties, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to all clients. This is a fast-paced industry, so you will need a driven and confident approach to secure opportunities and not be afraid of challenging but rewarding work.Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new business through developing relationships with owners and landlords
  • Increasing market share and maximising new business opportunities
  • Applicant and viewing management, and negotiating offers
  • Sales progression through to completion
  • Acting as ambassador and role model for your business

 Experience and Criteria

  • Live within 30 – 45 minutes’ drive of Willesden Green, NW2
