This role requires a proactive approach to converting leads into clients through daily outbound sales calls, alongside occasional visits to key partners and organisations that drive business gowth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and the ability to engage effectively with both prospective clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead Conversion: Conduct over 50 outbound calls daily, focusing on converting leads into qualified opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering tailored energy solutions.

? Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with industry players who can provide consistent leads for the business.

? Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring each lead is followed up, qualified, and converted into successful deals. Track interactions and sales progress using CRM systems.

? Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to management. Support strategic sales planning to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and installation teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

? CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress, client interactions, and sales conversions, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.

? Administrative Support: Assist with handling client enquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation. Support administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting contracts, and managing sales documentation.

Requirements:

? Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.

? Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

? Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary (approximately 10-20% of the time).

? Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable making a high volume of sales calls, managing their own time, and working independently to meet sales targets.
