Job Title: Sales Representative

- Hourly rate: £25-30 an hour

- Contract Length: 3 months

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

- Type: Temporary, Fully Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients team. In this role, you will engage with a curated list of potential artists through email, phone, and social media, fostering genuine connections. You will play a key role in transitioning artists to our platform and providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to our executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a list of potential artists, segmented by revenue from streaming.
  • Utilise CRM or spreadsheet tools for outreach and tracking interactions.
  • Maintain organised records of interactions and progress.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media with a focus on building relationships.
  • Collect and analyse data to share insights on outreach effectiveness and artist engagement.
  • Provide qualitative feedback on what works well with different artist segments.
  • Collaborate with their team to refine outreach strategies based on data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the music industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships.
  • Ability to analyse and report on data to inform business decisions.
  • Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and adaptable to changing strategies.
