Sales Support & Team Assistant - for Fund Management Company - 12 Month Contract Marketing Duties:
  • Assisting with the creation of monthly and quarterly factsheets and presentations for the fund with the support of the Sales Director and Operations Team
  • Mailing out factsheets and quarterly reports through our third-party mailing service
  • Creation of performance graphs on an ad hoc basis
  • Sending out monthly holdings data emails
  • Monitoring and responding to the Enquiries emails
  • Update and manage the website on an ongoing basis
  • Assisting Marketing Director to maintain client database
  • Assisting marketing and investment team organize and compile reports to be sent for quarterly board meetings 
  • Database management 
Office Management Duties:
  • Complete assigned tasks and support office move
  • Ensure the smooth running of the London office 
  • Diary management
  • Be the point of contact for third party suppliers
  • Meet and greet visitors and prepare for meetings
  • Sending invoices 
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting team with any other ad hoc requests
