My client is looking for a Technical Sales Support professional to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technical products and sales, who is looking to provide exceptional support to the sales team and clients.  

Day-to-day of the role: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical information about products and services. 

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support in preparing accurate and detailed sales proposals. 

  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. 

  • Provide after-sales support and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. 

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry standards to enhance sales support activities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams. 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
