Day-to-day of the role:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical information about products and services.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support in preparing accurate and detailed sales proposals.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Provide after-sales support and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry standards to enhance sales support activities.
