A Design and manufacturing company of distinctive, high-end fabrics and textiles is looking for an Office / Sales Support Executive to join their team in Chelsea, London. The company have achieved great success over recent years and provide textiles to interior designers, furniture manufacturers as well as the hospitality industry.
This role will involve working alongside the Sales Manager to support the sales process. Daily duties will involve:
Managing diaries for the sales representatives
Contacting suppliers to check stock, lead times and deliveries
Generating quotations
Answering calls regarding products and availability
Updating and maintaining documents for fabric sample requests
Processing sales orders using Excel
Support the sales representatives when they receive client product requests
Occasionally producing sales reports when required
Dealing with showroom enquiries
The office is a lively environment and a team of 10, it can be quite fast paced and busy! The fabric showroom is located just a few minutes walk away. This role suits someone with a couple of years of experience in a similar position. Candidates will need to be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook and be happy working in an office environment.
Salary on offer from £28,000 - £31,000 Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
