Location:
- We currently all work from home, and we have some flexi working space in London (Liverpool Street).
The Sales Support Executive will:
- First port of call for all new applications, to check whether:
- All the correct information has been received that is required for underwriting.
- We have received the application before it meets our basic criteria.
- Liaise directly with the broker or directly with customer to ensure we have all the correct information needed for underwriting.
- For applications that are declined upfront, input basis details into Salesforce.
- Pass the lead to the Operations Team for review when the complete information has been received.
- Go back to the brokers to request any missing info that has been identified by the Ops team or Underwriter.
- Support the BDMS or Ops team as the deal progresses, eg bank verifications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communicator with clear speech and writing.
- A good telephone manner.
- Can do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- A minimum of one years administration experience in a similar role with the financial sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally experienced in working with financial data.
- Confident about the ultimate value of his/her decisions.
- Active learner interested in applying Company standards to transactions.
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently, exercise initiative and take ownership of projects.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Sense of accountability and pride in his/her work.
- Ability to communicate urgency, while working with detailed process requirements.
