Sales Support Executive

We are working alongside a young, innovative but established client, who are looking for a confident Sales Support Executive to join their team.

Working within a core team of 4 and a wider team of 6, you will play a key role in supporting the Brokers day to day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the team.

You will have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both senior internal and external stakeholders, so communication within this role is a must.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing the process from proposal to payout.
  • Responding to broker enquiries via email and phone.
  • Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales Representatives in advancing deals to payout.
  • Assisting with structuring complex deals.
  • Performing KYC checks on customers.
  • Ensuring funding requirements are met.
  • Providing brokers with accurate and timely quotes.
  • Preparing necessary documentation in line with credit conditions for each deal.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments, including Underwriting, Governance, Payouts, and Finance, to facilitate deal progression.
  • Building strong relationships - working closely with BDM's and brokers to ensure you are their go-to support whenever needed.

  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring work is prioritised to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible - open to process improvements within the team and readily available to assist other teams when required.
