We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a growing advertising company who enable advertisers, planners, and publishers to understand the true impact of their campaigns. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Typical duties will include:

Providing vital administrative support to the sales team, helping manage orders and ensuring projects run smoothly.

  • Communicating with clients to provide updates and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Research, Engineering, and Operations, to drive success.
  • Managing key sales tasks, such as logging orders, scoping projects, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Sales Administrative/Support setting, be a strong and confident communicator who is comfortable being client facing, have exceptional organisations skills and be the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and be proficient in IT tools, especially MS Excel.

They are based in central London and work in a hybrid role.
