An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations Data Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role is instrumental in driving data-led decision-making and supporting the growth of the UK sales team through actionable insights and innovative problem-solving.

As a key member of the sales operations function, you will work closely with senior sales leaders, using complex data sets to identify trends, optimise performance, and enhance sales strategies. Your ability to translate data into compelling narratives will be essential in shaping business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales and operations leaders to provide data-driven insights that influence business strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with internal data teams and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Develop scalable insight solutions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Clean, structure, and analyse multiple data sources to uncover opportunities and assess historical performance.
  • Apply a 'data, insight, action' approach to drive measurable improvements in sales processes.
  • Identify and implement experiments to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with centralised engineering teams to create solutions for data-related challenges.
  • Deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations.
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce.com administration (certification desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx (highly desirable).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and VBA.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Databricks or GitHub.
  • Expertise in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or Qlik).
  • Strong data storytelling abilities-able to turn insights into compelling recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience creating repeatable frameworks for productivity testing.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and initiatives.
