Global Client Assistant!
Our client is a global FX trading business based in Canary Wharf. They are now actively hiring a global client assistant to join their client engagement team as soon as possible!
The client engagement team (sales team) acts and plays a crucial role in the business, managing direct and new clients with client management, cross-selling, and preparing new business pitches for new prospective clients.
Your role as a client assistant will be to assist the sales team in their day-to-day activities. You will be involved in ensuring that the CRM runs smoothly, client onboarding, reporting, data collection and much more!
Duties:
- Respond to day-to-day client queries effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage client response monthly, annually, etc.
- Processing of client documentation.
- Daily management of their CRM, reviewing data and providing data reports.
- Providing management with an effective sales pipeline.
- Deliver and develop the sales process through the CRM.
- Project work support to the team manager as and when requested.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2-4 years of solid administration experience, ideally within a sales team.
- Experience working within a financial institution and a good understanding of financial markets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
- Strong working knowledge on MS packages including Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong desire to learn and develop.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
