Senior Client Relationship ExecutiveA leading global law firm is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their Global Client team. This role involves managing a portfolio of key clients, delivering exceptional service, and driving growth across practices and countries. The successful candidate will champion best practices, foster innovation, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, they will support senior managers on strategic projects within the firm's Strategic Client Programme, helping to elevate client experiences and expand the firm's impact.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective account strategies, including account plans, budgets, and relationship maps.
  • Execute global account team coordination and communication, monitor key industry and client issues, and ensure consistent global service standards.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities, support the proposals process, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop key relationships with client contacts, deliver relevant training offerings, and tailor value-added services to meet client needs.
  • Improve profitability and pricing, streamline billing processes, and produce annual value statements.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in account management or related business development roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
