Seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join the New Home Sales team for one of London's top developers. Join a prestigious team onsite at one of North London's Premium developments. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and Facilitate Viewings
Lead Generation and Sales Progression
Database and Enquiry Management
Sales and Marketing Collaboration
Content Creation and Promotion
Networking and Relationship Building

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a customer facing sales role, property background preferred
IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel.
Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development via Zoom and alterative applications
Excellent communication, persuasive, positive attitude and personally presentable
To maintain strong project administration and organisational skills being efficient with diary and time management operating in a structured approach

Package:

£34k basic
£65k OTE
5 days per week working on a rota basis. Hours 9.30am – 6pm
3 out of 4 weekends
25 days holiday (plus bank holiday days in lieu if worked)
