National Specification Sales – London Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to generate new business and maximize existing accounts. With the support of warm leads from our brand, marketing, and events, you’ll be key in driving revenue growth and elevating our reputation in the high-end residential and hospitality sectors. Experience in the industry is a bonus, but your ability to understand the unique needs and language of luxury spaces is paramount. If you have a knack for collaborating with architects, interior designers, and developers, you're already halfway there. Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation & Account Maximization: Drive new business while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Use your network and experience to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with high-end clients.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our reputation is reinforced through regular, personal client interaction.
  • Consultative Sales: Deliver a premium customer experience, advising clients and guiding them through projects with expert insight.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring project success and satisfaction.
Essential Experience/Skills:
  • Proven Senior-Level Sales Experience: At least 4 years in a sales role, including lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the high-end residential and hospitality sectors is critical.
  • Account Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Tenacity & Drive: You’re hungry for success, with a strong desire to build and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Relationship-Focused: Expertise in securing and nurturing stakeholder relationships is a must.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with team members and key stakeholders, always seeking new opportunities to connect and collaborate.
