Territory Business Manager

Location: London

Salary: Circa 68,000 Based on Experience (Salary based on 80% Basic & 20% OTE)

Contract: 12 Months

They now have an opening within their Medical and Surgical Solutions division as a Territory Business Manager

In this role you will have the opportunity collaborate with some of the most innovate and people in the world and make an impact by:

  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
  • Driving utilization of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers (procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others).
  • Improving surgical site infection knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.
  • Supporting clinical trials and product testing.
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage.

The ideal candidate:

  • The successful candidate will be a sales professional with a background in the healthcare industry.
  • Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to interact successfully with the customer and to sell, teach and train in the specialised patient warming marketplace.
  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • Life science or Business Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential

The sales territory is - Twickenham, Havering, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Newham, Croydon, Sutton, Southwark, Lambeth, Kingston, Richmond, City and Hackney, Hounslow, Central London including Guys & St Thomas's Hospitals.
