H9 Technical Recruitment are partnered with a Renewable Energy advisory client and hiring for a Vice President to be responsible for assisting with strong deal-flow to maintain the market position and enable future growth covering their Renewable Energy, Power and Infrastructure sectors

Overview:

  • Lead the execution of M&A deals from start to finish
  • Assist in ECM execution and work with financing teams to contribute to various projects
  • Assist in the origination of new deals to the team
  • Mentor and guide Interns, Analysts and Associates within the team


Responsibilities:

  • Bring industry knowledge and insight to assist in idea generation and origination of new deals
  • Work with colleagues to create pitch materials and deliver presentations to clients, investors and broader community
  • Conduct industry research keeping up to date across topics in the sector
  • Supervision and guidance to more junior team members, taking responsibility for their work and developing their skills
  • Develop and maintain dialogue with key industry counterparts and clients


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and Financial Modelling Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance concepts along with relevant compliance and regulations
  • Detailed knowledge of the sector with understanding of key players, drivers and market trends
  • Track record of involvement in successful pitches and leading execution of deals
  • Client focused with strong work ethic and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong team player, willing to help others, and take responsibility for own actions
