Introduction

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join a fast-growing, innovative agency based in London. This hybrid role provides a salary of £60,000, with a strong benefits package, and the flexibility to work from home for three days a week. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing integrated marketing strategies, and leading high-performing teams. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead weekly client meetings, managing timelines and deliverables across the team.
  • Oversee integrated marketing strategies, ensuring cohesion across digital, social, and offline platforms.
  • Drive innovation in marketing initiatives, keeping clients at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Mentor and manage a talented team, ensuring clear direction and alignment with client goals.

What Experience is Required:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a marketing or account management role, ideally within the luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and lead internal teams effectively.
