We are looking for a skilled and proactive Communications and PR Manager to join our team at Capital City College Group. In this role, you will help shape and implement communication strategies that enhance our position as a leading educational institution, while managing both internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute communication and PR strategies that elevate the Group's profile locally and nationally.
- Create impactful publicity content such as press releases, newsletters, speeches, and website copy to support key business initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with the media, government bodies, and community stakeholders to promote the Group's mission and vision.
- Coordinate attendance at PR events, including press conferences and community activities.
- Monitor and respond to media feedback, track coverage, and measure PR campaign impact.
- Manage internal communications, ensuring effective engagement through platforms like intranet, newsletters, and digital signage.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and style across all communications.
- Explore innovative communication methods to reach target audiences and foster engagement.
- Oversee freelance content and manage the PR budget.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in public relations and media relations.
- Ability to work flexibly across internal and external communication tasks.
