Fawkes & Reece are currently assisting a leading Tier 1 construction company in their search for an experienced Communications Business Partner based in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established construction company.
As a Communications Business Partner, you will work within the communications team, supporting all aspects of internal and external communications and engagement, from projects and campaigns to managing news flow and assisting with events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute communication plans and key messages for projects, ensuring alignment with the overall communications strategy.
* Deliver campaigns, projects, and events-ranging from change communications to operational guidance and reactive communications-to effectively highlight the Group's strategic priorities and values.
* Balance providing strategic counsel to stakeholders with the delivery of tactical communications.
* Champion digitization, innovation, and new approaches to meet the evolving needs of the workforce and ensure effective communication.
* Measure the success of activities, track performance and trends, and report impact to stakeholders, highlighting lessons learned.
Our client is seeking a candidate with strong experience working in complex organizations, particularly with strengths in external marketing and communication. The successful individual will have experience influencing business leaders, networking, and building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure with energy and efficiency is essential. Excellent writing, facilitation, and presentation skills are also required.
