You will be responsible for establishing an internal narrative that aligns with this agenda, ensuring that it evolves from awareness to alignment and ownership. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Transformation Office and Group HR, acting as a knowledge expert on internal communications. You will also be tasked with growing employee awareness of, and engagement with, the company's Building Forever 2030 goals. Furthermore, you will create an internal narrative platform for articulating the transformation journey that the company is undertaking.* Lead on the optimisation of an internal, multi-discipline, multi-year narrative that clearly articulates the evolution of the company strategy.* Ensure close working alignment with the Transformation Office and Group HR.* Act as knowledge expert on internal communications for the Transformation Office and Group Strategy functions.* Grow employees' awareness of, and engagement with, the company's goals.* Create an internal narrative platform for articulating the transformation journey.* Develop and deliver communication plans for transformation agenda-related initiatives.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Communications Manager role brings a wealth of skills to the table.
