My client in CentralLondon is looking to appoint a talented Communications Manager (ERP Rollout) on a Contract basis.

This role leads on the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for the Council's large-scale ERP transformation programme / rollout.

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and engagement strategies that support the delivery of the ERP transformation, ensuring clarity and engagement across the organisation.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel communication campaigns that engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder mapping and analysis, ensuring successful engagement across all levels of the organisation, including senior executives, suppliers, and end-users.
  • Act as the key communication liaison for all major ERP-related updates, handling messaging for various business units and external partners.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in programme implementation communications and engagement across local councils.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading communications for large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record in managing stakeholder engagement at senior executive levels in local councils, corporate functions, and suppliers.
  • Ability to create and deliver innovative communication campaigns, combining storytelling, engagement activities, and change management strategies.
