A leading advisory firm is seeking an experienced Internal Communications (IC) Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing their internal communications strategy and will work closely with the HR team to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Recommend: Evaluate the current IC approach and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Top-Down Communication: Support and enhance top-down communication to keep employees well-informed.
  • Intranet Management: Review portal and alternative intranet options to provide a robust, interactive platform.
  • Regular Communications: Develop a consistent communication rhythm to highlight business areas, people, and activities, maintaining the 'one firm' culture.
  • Employee Brand: Bring to life the employee brand, defining what it means to be part of the firm.
  • HR Support: Assist HR in rolling out messaging about new initiatives.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Support the work of employee resource groups through effective IC.
  • Report Management: Oversee the management and delivery of the Half Year Results Report and Annual Report.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Significant experience in IC within a medium to large-sized organisation, preferably in professional services.
  • Hands-On Approach: Early enough in their career to be hands-on with day-to-day tasks, yet capable of devising future strategies and plans.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective IC strategies.
