Description
- Develop, manage, and implement effective internal communication strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of messages and strategies, particularly People & Culture
- Develop and deliver annual internal communications and engagement plans
- Use a range of measuring tools and analytics to optimise communication methods
- Measure the impact of internal communications and adjust strategies as needed
- Lead the creation of internal newsletters, bulletins, emails, and intranet updates
- Organise and manage internal events
- Lead internal communications activity to engage staff in delivering core areas of strategy, including in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in internal communications or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using a range of media and formats for communication
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- An ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit sector
