Morgan McKinley is headhunting on behalf of a top UK Bank looking for a driven and creative Employee Communications Manager to join their team. If you're an experienced communicator with a passion for shaping employee experiences, this is the role for you!

In this 12-month FTC, you'll work closely with senior leadership to craft insightful communication strategies that engage and empower employees, aligning them with the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Engagement: Advise senior leaders on employee sentiment, helping them communicate with empathy and impact.
  • Culture & Strategy: Align communication with the business strategy and culture, ensuring employees understand their role in delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Change Management: Lead communication efforts that drive employee commitment and smooth transitions during organisational change.
  • Crisis Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to communicate effectively during crisis situations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing communications team to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For:
