Description

  • Develop, manage, and implement effective internal communication strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of messages and strategies, particularly People & Culture
  • Develop and deliver annual internal communications and engagement plans
  • Use a range of measuring tools and analytics to optimise communication methods
  • Measure the impact of internal communications and adjust strategies as needed
  • Lead the creation of internal newsletters, bulletins, emails, and intranet updates
  • Organise and manage internal events
  • Lead internal communications activity to engage staff in delivering core areas of strategy, including in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in internal communications or a related role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using a range of media and formats for communication
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • An ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experienced in stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit sector
