Internal Communications ManagerContract Duration: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Work Location: 1 Day on site (London, Manchester, Bristol)What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with organizational goals and values
  • Create and manage content for internal communication channels including intranet, employee newsletters, and digital signage
  • Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and leadership communication programs
  • Design and deliver change communication plans to support organizational transformation and new initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to support their internal communication needs
  • Measure and analyze internal communication effectiveness through surveys, metrics, and employee feedback
  • Manage internal communication platforms and tools, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
  • Support crisis communications and emergency response from an internal perspective
What We're Looking For:
  • A strategic internal communications professional with proven experience in developing and delivering employee-focused communication campaigns
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in supporting organizational change through effective communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse employee audiences
  • Experience in creating multimedia content including videos, podcasts, and digital presentations for internal audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with and influence senior leadership
  • Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
  • Data-driven approach to measuring communication effectiveness and employee engagement
