International Public Relations and Business Development Executive

The Talent Set is thrilled to partner with one of London’s premier private colleges, renowned for its outstanding A-level results, personalised education, and exceptional track record of student success at top universities. Nestled near Hyde Park in the heart of London, this distinguished institution offers a vibrant and inspiring environment. We are seeking a dynamic professional to focus on expanding the college’s international student base, enhancing brand awareness overseas, and contributing to the development of the admissions process, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen relationships with international schools and agents, particularly those with a history of referring students to the college.
- Drive international student recruitment by increasing enquiries and showcasing the benefits of studying at the college through presentations and events.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media, press relations, website content, and participation in internal and external events such as open evenings.
- Gather market intelligence by liaising with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Person Specification:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in public relations, business development, marketing, fundraising, or sales.
- Confident in delivering persuasive presentations to diverse audiences and building meaningful relationships.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and adaptable, with a flexible approach to undertaking a variety of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Well-organised and proactive, with a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail.
