It is your job to keep your finger on the pulse of both client service, team performance and creative output, whilst contributing to the overall running of the business and getting stuck into winning new clients.This PR Account Director’s job is to maintain trust and confidence with clients, overseeing the execution of both day-to-day relationships and campaign production and execution, while helping reach key business objectives.This PR Account Director will:- Provide consultancy to clients across the latest PR, social media and content marketing tools and trends - establishing a position of respect and influence with clients to push through bold campaign ideas- Demonstrate exceptional strategic PR skills designed to generate headline-grabbing, fame-driving work, including the creation of media strategies and press materials across releases, key messaging houses, blogs, bylines etc- Provide confident end-to-end management and consultation for delivering BTL campaigns, including PR, influencer, high-profile talent/brand partnerships, experiential etc- Combine creativity with knowledge of the comms ecosystem, overseeing the elemental process from Insights, Strategy and Creative development to production and execution to ensure that campaign plans are developed and timings adhered to- Maintains an industry-leading position by contributing to our own PR and marketing activities via thought leadership and opinion pieces- Takes a proactive role in lead generation, approaching prospects, developing creds materials and case studies, preparing and presenting pitches and proposals, closing sales, coordinating team contributions to the overall new business process- Keep a detailed track of internal profitability/time management and reports this to the ExCo, alongside solutions for potential issues- Participate in capacity planning, recruitment, people development and team training- Serve as the key and senior point of contact for clients, establishing trusted, consultative relationships- Deliver strategic oversight for clients, ensuring alignment with client business goals and objectives- Provide pastoral and career development support to junior team members, both through structured appraisal systems and day-to-day working relationships- Ensure campaigns are run with the key characteristics: Bold, Beautiful, Brilliant- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the office, including proactive suggestions for improving the working environmentThis PR Account Director will be someone who is naturally confident, self-motivated, and always willing to get stuck in, if this is you, please get in touch quoting job reference AP1112.Please also take a look at www.air-recruitment.com
