- Background of working within a specific sector of the built environment that covers offices, residential, student, industrial, ESG, regeneration, transport or renewables
- Commercial acumen and experience of developing new business and actively contributing to company growth
- A strong industry network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the pressÂ
- Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns
- Polished presenter and adept at explaining PR terms and outcomes
