My client in the manufacturing industry are embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. They are looking to onboard a Senior Communications Manager with previous experience of SAP.

Key Skills

SAP S/4 Hana
Significant experience in planning and influencing senior leaders to support & drive change across their people. This will include managing communications activities and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformation projects, ideally ERP / IT-enabled.
Strong knowledge of and ability to leverage the clients formal & informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and engagement.
Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to collaborate and achieve project goals as one team.
Experience in stakeholder event planning & delivery.
Degree educated.
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability effectively target and tailor the message and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes.
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.
Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer/Viva Engage, Teams, Synthesia, Canva, Poppulo etc.)
